Allows a rolling Steeldeck® platform to be built at a finished height of 12”.  Four casters are used per platform, and platforms can be joined together to make larger rolling stages.  This rolling leg positions the caster inside the perimeter of the deck: this allows numerous decks to be bolted together without the casters obstructing one another.
